Under our master tenancy arrangements, we act as the landlord and handle all matters relating to our acol properties.
This means our tenants have direct access to the ‘decision makers’ and we hold ourselves directly responsible for their enjoyment of their homes.
Corporate Lettings
We are able to offer tailored arrangements for large and small employers and agencies that need accommodation for their staff.
These include:

- Recruitment consultants
- Contracting companies in sectors such as construction and distribution.

Individual Tenants
People are drawn to living in our acol co-living and HMO properties for a wide range of reasons.

Our properties are fully furnished and include everything from bedding through to kitchen utensils.
They have everything needed to make them great homes.
We offer flexible lease lengths, ask for realistic security deposits, and have no hidden tenant costs.
Importantly for many tenants, we are able to offer ‘bills inclusive’ tenancies where the rental price includes council tax, utility costs, etc.
